Hello, my name is Cris Nuyt (pronounced Knight) and I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my about Cris page.
I am co-founder and owner of Rams in Perspective.
I am responsible for most of the behind the scenes operations here. I handle such things as site administration, tech support, advertising, social media, and all the other things required to keep our website running smoothly. Oh, and I’ll also be writing some articles from time to time.
Just in case you were wondering, I also happen to be a serious Los Angeles Rams fan. I enjoy reading and researching stories about the Rams which ultimately was what led me on my journey to starting a website with the help of my dear friend Frank whom was one of the many great fans and one of the most gifted writers I met along the way.
Unfortunately, Frank passed away on 14 May 2016 from cancer which was a devastating blow to Rams in Perspective and its community. He was our lead writer, editor, and the best NFL cap expert I’ve ever known. With his passing, I’ll be taking on some of those responsibilities going forward.
I’m a retired Air Force communications/computer operator and worked as an IT contractor for the USAF and USA for a few years. I live in southern Illinois with my lovely wife Susan, who also has her own blog skirtinthekitchen.com. We have two children together that are still living at home.
When not found working on “Rams in Perspective”, I can be found either spending time with my family, reading about the Rams, watching a movie, or helping a stroke patient in her 80’s with her doctor’s appointments and keeping her medicines straight.
Once again, thank you for reading my about Cris page and I hope you enjoy (and continue to enjoy) our website, the articles, and community. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you in the comment sections.
Sincerely,
Cris
